No purchase necessary. You must follow all on air and website instructions and meet all eligibility requirements to win. For code word sweepstakes, you must correctly submit the code word to the website or call in the code word to the correct phone number within the specified time frame for a chance to win. There are circumstances where a prize is not awarded if there are no correct callers or email entrants. Employees of MeTV FM, its parents, their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, ‘Sweepstakes Parties’) are not eligible to enter or win, nor are such employees’ family members. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with any employee of a Sweepstakes Party are not eligible to enter or win a Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise indicated, our sweepstakes are open to U.S. residents, ages 18 and up who reside in the Chicagoland listening area. Only one winner per household per sweepstakes. Listeners are only able to win once per 30 days. For prizes valued at more than $500, the limit is 90 days per household. Void where prohibited. There can only be one winner per household per sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. You must show or provide a copy of a valid photo ID before receiving any value prize and provide tax information if a prize is $600 or more in value. Winners are responsible for paying taxes on prize values. Winners must comply with all requirements in each sweepstake’s official rules and complete and return all applicable releases.
