This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘87.7 MeTV-FM,’ whose corporate address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor").

A purchase is not required to enter or win two (2) VIP tickets to see ‘Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik’ concert at the Theatre of Western Springs on November 5, 2016 (the “Prize”). Listeners who wish to enter should go to the Land Rover Hinsdale (300 E. Ogden Ave, Hinsdale, Illinois) dealership during normal business hours and fill out an entry form to win (the “Sweepstakes”) between October 19, 9am and October 29, 6pm. Winner will be notified on October 31, 2016. One entry per person.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated registries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction.

Any questions regarding this promotion by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by ’87.7 MeTV-FM’ in its sole discretion, and ’87.7 MeTV-FM reserves the right to disqualify any persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotion.

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of Illinois and Indiana who live in the Chicagoland listening area (as defined by A.C. Nielsen) and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ’87.7 MeTV-FM,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., Land Rover Hinsdale, their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), family members are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party (e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancé, roommates) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute.

PRIZES. One (1) winner will be awarded two (2) VIP tickets to the ‘Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik’ concert at the Theatre of Western Springs on November 5, 2016, valued at $500. Winners will be first notified via the email address on their registration, followed up by a phone call to the phone number listed on their registration. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible participants. Once notified, the winners will have 48 hours to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible participants at the discretion of ’87.7 MeTV-FM.’ Prize Winners must possess a valid picture ID. Prizes will be held at will call.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS. Prizes are non-transferable. Prize is subject to availability, black-out dates and scheduling restrictions by the prize provider. Winners are responsible for all incidental and personal costs not included in the prize description as well as any travel fees. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any winner. By entering, the winners are consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information, as well as their pets’ name, likeness, biographical information, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, including any in studio appearances, and on any website or social media platform.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Publicity Release and Letter of Indemnification within three (3) business days of notification of being a winner. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize.
